This listing is a primary color rag garland. 

The banner can be used for multiple themes such as, Let's Have A Ball, It's A Ball To Be One, primary colors birthday, rainbow birthday, etc. Or, it can be hung in a bedroom or classroom.  

Colors: Green, Blue, Yellow, Red, Orange (I can customize the color scheme if you are using a different one. Just select "custom" and leave a note on the order with the colors that you would like to be used.)

The garland is strung on green satin ribbon. 

Each strip of fabric is 1" wide and hangs approximately 7". The garland is made from fabric. The fabric will fray. The fraying is shown in the photos.
