Each pennant is cut to be the shape of a fireman badge. The base of each badge is cut from 80# black cardstock and is 5" wide and tall.
There is a fire hydrant on the left and a fire extinguisher on the right, or you can select firetrucks.
The fire hydrant and fire extinguisher are 5 inches tall.
The banner is strung on black satin ribbon.
