Each pennant is in the shape of a police officer badge and is cut from 80lb black cardstock. The letters are approximately 3.5" tall. Each pennant is 5.2" tall and 4.3" wide.
Pennant Style - Single layer or double layered
Pleave leave a note on the order with which items you would like on the ends of the banner. For HB only, please select 4. For HB + name, please select 6. The items can repeat.
