Hi!! I’m Laura, a single mom to a dirt bike and MTB loving boy and owner and operator of this party decor shop, Declan & Smith. I started this shop almost ten years ago right after my son was born and it is, of course, named after him. 

When I’m not mommin’ or crafting, I can almost always be found reading. I fell in love with fantasy books in middle school and then stopped reading fantasy for over ten years after high school. Now I'm back on this obsession and currently working my way through Throne of Glass which I'm obsessed with!

I've always hopped between different crafts and I'm still loving desigining party decorations ten years later! I hope that the party decorations that I design and make bring joy and a wow factor to all of your events!
